How it started

Same problem, better solution

Hundreds of emails hit our inboxes daily. Most are valuable, but finding time to sit and stare at a screen isn't always possible.

We do not always have time to read. But we do have time to listen.

Whether you're driving, exercising, or just stepping away from the desk, audio bridges the gap between information and busy schedules.

Then we saw the same problem even more clearly with industry newsletters. There was useful information in them, but they were long, dense, and easy to postpone. Eventually we realized the problem was not the content.

The problem was the format.

Later, at the Western Regional Land Surveyors Conference in Las Vegas, we met many interesting companies, organizations, and exhibitors. There were so many that it became hard to remember who everyone was and what each one actually did.

So we created a simple audio format. We took the company information and website content and turned it into a short conversation that explained what they do in a way that was faster to understand and easier to remember.

It worked much better than expected. The audio helped us understand their services more quickly, and it made those companies easier to remember after the conference.

Then we shared some of those audios with the actual companies and organizations. They loved them. They said the format felt interesting, informative, and different. They liked the multi-voice style and could immediately see how it could work for marketing, websites, and newsletters.

That is when Audio Emails really clicked for us.

Instead of struggling to send another plain email that no one wants to read, why not tell people about the company in a format that feels more human, more engaging, and easier to consume?

That is why we built Audio Emails: to turn updates, newsletters, company info, promotions, and announcements into short, entertaining, multi-voice audio people can actually enjoy listening to.
